Put a little weight into it!
Everyones got an old weighted plate at home.. so grab it up and kick up a workout with it. You can watch this video to see all the different drills you can do with just one. For guys use a heavier weight of course. This one will burn your arms and is a great way to change up what you your doing.. if you at the gym.. even having one of these plate weights with you as you do the circuit is a great way to keep things fresh. In between machines or cardio try out come of these drills out, keep your body guessing adding in new drills can bring on a whole other level of results!
